Week 1 Day 5 Activity 3 - Going, going….gone

For this blog post I have to describe to you what New Zealand life was in 2018.

In New Zealand we have lots of an amazing beaches, amazing sights that you can see from the Sky Tower! There are sea aquariums that have cool sea creatures like penguins, stingrays, eels, and fish, like the puffer fish, angle fish. We also have a Zoo, it has, Giraffes, Kiwis, Zebras, Tiger, Flamingos, Red Panda, Lizards.  Rotorua has Hot pools, Mud pools and a Hotel you can stay in.

Week 1 Day 5 Activity 2 - Living on the edge

For this blog post I have to imagine I went on a school trip to Tundra and write a letter to a friend telling them about it.

Here is my letter:

Dear Megan

My class and I went to Tundra on a trip. It was a very cold place, almost like sitting in a freezer.  Lucky we took our warm clothes. 

One thing I noticed was that there wasn't any trees around. I found this very different to our home, where there are trees everywhere.  There also wasn't many animals around.

I am glad to be back home where it is warmer, lots of trees and animals.
