This week I learned that bakers have to wake up early in the mornings, also they have to wear a special, clean uniform and non-slip shoes, they have to wash their hands after they give bread to someone before they make the bread again, that baker's start baking at midnight and they work for 20 hours a day! That's a long time! I also learned that the bakers have to measure the right amount of ingredients before they mix and bake the bread, and the bread slices have to be golden-brown before you take out the bread from being in the oven.
