Kia Ora bloggers. What baking or cooking have you done over lockdown?? We baked meringues. They were so delicious. We had meringues and cream and it was even better tasting. We are also comprising a compilation of recipes in our syndicate, so I put this into the slideshow that one of the teachers made for a lockdown challenge. Here is the recipe.

Hi Maddison, wow - they look delicious. I love how you have worked co-operatively to create your dessert, then shared how to do so with the rest of us. You might just need to change your sharing setting - I've had to request access. Enjoy the meringues...will you have some cream and fruit on them, or something else?

ReplyDeleteMmmmmmm, meringues are my absolute favourite dessert treat! Cream on top and Flake crumbled over. My mouth is watering just thinking about them! Our son and daughter in law have just come back from England with our wee grandaughter and are living with us. Our son makes a super delicious Apple and Berry Crumble. Thankfully he made a huge one and it lasted us for two nights of dessert.
Where did you get the recipe? Maybe you could think of different ways of creating toppings for them.
