Lockdown Diary 2020 - During The NZ Lockdown Period

Kia Ora bloggers.

Have you done a Lockdown Diary before? That is what I will be talking bout along with the Lockdown Period for NZ. New Zealand went into Lockdown because Covid-19 started in China at a market with an animal that had a disease and it spread to a human and travelled around different countries and a lot of people caught the disease and became sick. As you probably know, New Zealand went into Alert Level 3 on 24th March because of the amount of cases NZ had. Our parents were rushing getting what we needed for Lockdown or also known as Alert Level 4. On the 26th March we went into Alert Level 4 for 4 weeks and the streets were empty.

During this time we have been doing school work, for our school subjects/tumbles we had to do Reading, Maths, Lockdown Diary and one other activity from another page on the Te Waka Ako site. For these tumbles we had to add it into different slides on a slideshow. Each morning (School days) at 9:00 am we had to be at a google meet with our classes.

For our online learning at home we did it for 5 weeks in total during Alert Level 4 & 3.

Lego set I've built!!

Lego set I've built!!

Kia Ora bloggers. Have you done any Lego during Lockdown, level 3 or level 2? I've been building Lego! I built this underwater set. It has a baby and mother dolphin. with this treasure chest with diamonds in it. It comes with this small submarine. It also comes with a shipwreck with a ball for the baby dolphin to play with. In this little box is a bottle and a map, when you wet it, it comes up with a treasure map. check out these photos I've taken of the Lego!

This is the whole set together.

This is the submarine.

This is the shipwreck.

Finally, this is the box with the treasure map and bottle. But wait, lets add water to the map to  what it reveals.

Did you have fun looking at the Lego? You could try do some Lego.
