Week 1 Day 3 Activity 1 - Night Owls

On this blog post I have to say if I am a night owl or a early riser.

I am an early riser because I wake up early on school days.
My brother is a night owl and a early riser because he stays up late some night and wakes up early in the morning.
My sister is a early riser because she wakes up sometimes at night.
My Mum and Dad are night owl because they stay up late to make sure Me, my brother and sister are asleep.

My sister and brother are the same as me because we go to sleep fast. Same as my Mum and Dad but they only go to sleep late at night.

  1. Jumbo Maddison,

It is entirely possible to be both a night owl and early riser, and it sounds like this the case for some of your household. Yes, mums, dads, grandparents and other adults do have to get a lot done before the next day starts, as they are often very busy juggling a bunch of things. Perhaps next time you could talk about what you do when you wake up on the average early morning.

On some weekends and holidays I like to sleep in but most times I am an early riser. My favourite thing to do when I get to sleep in, is hit the snooze button, it's very satisfying.. What’s the first thing you do when you wake up? I normally check emails then blast music while I’m in the shower getting ready for my day ahead.

My whole family are a bunch of night owls and early risers, it really just depends on everyone's work and school schedule.

    Toe feiloa'i fo'i,

    Cia.

  2. Hi Maddison,

Yes you are definitely an early riser. I am an early riser on mornings I have to go the gym. And yes most nights I am a Night Owl.
