Summer Learning Journey - En Pointe

Kia Ora Bloggers!!

The quote that I like is "Winning doesn't always mean being first. Winning means your're doing better than you've done before." It means a lot to me because I don't always win, but I always give it my best.  As long as I have tried I am winning.

Blog you later!

OMG, you are close to the finish line! One step more and you close the Journey. Wohoooo!!!! That is such a tuching quote. I very like the ballerina image that you have putted. Maybe next time you should add some back story. Otherwise, great blog post Maddie!

  2. Hello Maddison,
Now the time is really close! Only about 7 minutes left. On the bright side, you have finished another SLJ activity. Keep up the hard work! One thing that I liked about this post is that you chose a quote that relates to you. I agree with this quote that winning doesn't mean always coming first. I haven't really came first in anything that many times like you. I am hoping that this year I will accomplish things or do better. Have you ever done ballerina? Keep up the phenomenal work!

  3. Kia ora Maddison,

My name is Tayla and I am the Cluster Manager for the Summer Learning Journey in the Kaikohekohe (Northland) region. I hope you've been having a great summer holiday!

I really love the quote that you've chosen for this activity. It is so important to remember that we can't win or be the best at absolutely everything, but we can try our best to keep improving and growing. That's definitely a win in my opinion.

I like the image you've included too. Do you do ballet? I've never been a great dancer myself, but I think ballet is beautiful!

    Have a great day, Maddison!

    Ngā mihi,
    Tayla
