Week 2 Day 4 Activity 2 - It's All In The Name

Today's challenge was to come up with a new name for the Devil's Bath in Rotorua.

The names I think will really  go with the pool are:
1. Resting Pool 
2. The Pool of Nature *
3. Green Ogre's pool

Which one do you like?  What are some names you would call it?

    Hi Maddison,

    The names that you have come up with are absolutely awesome. I agree with you, I think 'The Pool of Nature' is my favorite name. This is such an attractive name that is so inviting. It makes me picture a really peaceful and calm environment.

    Have you ever visited a geothermal lake before? I used to live in Taupo, which is similar to Rotorua, in that we also have smelly geothermal pools. This geothermal smell has been compared to the smell of rotten eggs. However, this smell brings back a lot of childhood memories for me, so I quite like it.

    Well done, Maddison. I cannot wait to see more amazing posts from you. The programme finishes on Friday night so you still have 1 day to get as many activities you can through.

    Hi Maddison,

    Great name suggestions. I love the thought of a resting pool, but think i agree that The Pool of Nature is perfect!!!
